401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

As a full-time and temp Amerit employee working 30 or more hours per week, you have the option to enroll into your Retirement 401(k) Savings Plan to help secure your financial future and conveniently save through payroll deductions. Your contributions are made on a before-tax basis, so you get an immediate tax break on what you save. You will not pay taxes on your savings or the earnings until funds in your account are paid to you. If you enroll in your 401(k), you will receive your welcome package in the mail.

Dependent Verification

You can enroll your dependents in plans that offer dependent  coverage. Eligible dependents are defined as your legal spouse  or domestic partner and eligible children who reside in your  household and depend primarily on you for support. This includes  your own children, legally adopted children, stepchildren, a child for whom you have been appointed legal guardian, and/ or a child for whom the court has issued a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) requiring you or your spouse or  domestic partner to provide coverage.

League Family

Help your loved ones live healthier with League Family. With just a few clicks, invite your eligible dependents to join League. They can access their own Digital Wallet to see everything they’re covered for, complete their Health Profile to get personalized resources for their own unique health needs, and earn rewards while building healthier habits with Health Programs.

FAQ

Questions?

We get it – health insurance isn’t exactly the easiest topic to navigate. We’ve got you covered! Here are the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions:

How do I get help?

League is here to answer your benefits-related, health-related and any platform-related questions via live chat, email or through the Help Center.

Through Chat: You can chat with our Customer Care team in seconds right through the League platform by clicking on the chat icon and selecting the Customer Care option. Our team is ready to help Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, and on weekends from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, both EST. If our chat has closed for the day, you can leave us a message in the chat and we’ll reply to you via email first thing in the morning!

Through Email: If you do not wish to use our live chat, we would still be more than happy to help. Our Customer Care team can be reached at the email help@league.com. We’ll respond as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day! Please be sure to provide as much detail as you can so that we can quickly assist you.

Help Center: You can search frequently asked questions anytime in the Help Center at help.league.com. In fact, the answer to this very question can be found in the Help Center! Check out How can I contact League?

Can I call League for assistance?

Phone calls with League’s Customer Care team are available upon request. Ask for a phone call via chat or email any time.

How much do I pay for these plans and how much is covered by my company?

That depends what you choose and who you need to cover! Amerit covers most of the cost, and the weekly cost to you for each benefit is available throughout the enrollment experience. From the final Coverage Summary page, you’ll be able to see all of your weekly payroll deductions based on the selections that you’ve made.

2022 Amerit Benefit Guide

When can I change my plan elections outside of this enrollment time period?

The only time you can change your health insurance coverage is when you experience a Qualifying Life Event like getting married or adding a mini-me to your family! Contact help@league.com to update your elections if you have had a Qualifying Life Event within the past 30 days.

When can I see my payroll deductions?

You can see all the payroll deductions while in the enrollment experience making your elections. Once you’ve submitted your elections, you’ll be able to see all your payroll deductions based on the elections you’ve made.

Who is my health information shared with?

Health information is very sensitive – that’s why we take data security and privacy very seriously. At League, we are fully HIPAA compliant and take all necessary measures to protect your private information.

Your Health Profile results, Health Program choices and Health Concierge chat details are not shared with your employer or your insurance carrier. When we do share information with Amerit, it is on an anonymous, aggregated, or group level only.

Any data sharing beyond an anonymous, aggregated or group level requires your explicit consent. Even with your consent, we will only share de-identifiable data with your employer, so your employer will not be able to link any data back to an individual, including you.

Am I going to receive any documents by mail or is everything electronic?

You will still receive new benefits cards from your carrier when they process your enrollment choices, but all of the information that you need will be available on your digital benefits card within League! Head to the Digital Wallet anywhere, anytime and if you still have questions, the Customer Care team knows all about your benefits. Send them a chat and you’ll hear back in less than 10 seconds.

Who do I contact for my benefit cards?

Your digital benefits cards can be accessed anywhere, anytime from the Digital Wallet on the League app or website. You can also download these cards to your phone if you need to email them to a provider.

You will still receive physical ID cards from your carrier later this year, and you can request new cards from the carrier by giving them a call or logging into your carrier’s web portal. The phone number and links for your carriers are all available in the Digital Wallet too!

How do I designate my domestic partner?

While enrolling, one of the first steps will be to add your dependents. You will be prompted to Add a Partner, and there will be a Relationship field where you can choose to designate your partner as a Spouse or a Domestic Partner. This is an important distinction for your benefits coverage!

How do I assign a beneficiary?

Once you submit your enrollment selections, you will be prompted to download the Beneficiaries form. Once you fill it out, you’ll be able to upload it within the League platform. To upload your form or to access a new form, you can head to the Documents & Forms section of Your Profile within League.

Don’t worry, these instructions and a link to a detailed Help Center article will be available during the enrollment process.

Please note: If you’ve already submitted a beneficiary form with your current employer and you don’t want to make any changes to your designations, you don’t need to submit a new form.
