What do the plans look like?

There are some exciting changes this year to not only the plans but also the introduction of some new features! At League, we understand that one size never fits all. For that reason, we’ve created three separate health coverage plans with varying levels of coverage and flexibility. We want to be able to support the needs of our members (that’s you!) and your loved ones.

Basic

A great plan with tons of flexibility. Make sure you’re aware that this plan doesn’t include vision coverage, but it does have a health spending account for some extra cushioning!

CanadaLife

Comprehensive

Those who may have frequent medical appointments or a pre-existing condition. This plan has the highest monthly cost but you get the highest level of coverage.

Once you’ve looked over your plan options and found the perfect fit, you can enroll with League and make your plan elections.

Follow the instructions and the link in our email (then you’re in!).

Part-time employees

Are you a part-time employee? League is here for you. As a part-time employee (working between 20-29 hours a week), you’ll get a Lifestyle Spending Account with a $100 balance that you can use on products and services that help you live a healthier life. You’ll also get 24/7 access to our digital health and wellness platform with personalized health program and wellness offers tailored for your unique lifestyle.

 

When you enroll, you’ll still have access to your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and have the option of enrolling in voluntary coverage.

Your timeframe to enroll in your new benefits plans with League.

Benefits Go Live!

The day your benefits come into effect. You can start using your new plan as of this date.
July 12

First Payroll Deduction

Each plan has a different deductible that will automatically be taken off your biweekly paycheck.
